LABS offers Web-based reporting and order entry through our line of CyberLAB solutions. CyberLAB is a secure and HIPAA-compliant Web portal that meets FDA part 11 regulations. The system allows complete tracking and traceability from sample collection to result delivery.

Enter Orders

Place and enter orders online in a few easy steps. Enter demographic and sample information, tests required, results-viewing access (for staff and partners) and print a bar code to reference your order. The barcode you create and send with your samples decreases the time-to-test once your samples arrive at LABS by reducing data collection and entry to a mere scan of the barcode.

Track Results

All orders, results and sample-tracking histories can be viewed through the CyberLAB Inquiry Module. Results are posted and accessible immediately upon test completion. The date and time of each transaction, update or notification is captured and viewable online in real time.

Review Records

The CyberLAB Review Module allows you to record time and signature-stamped notes to your electronic records. An electronic Review List is also available to maintain a list of records waiting to be reviewed.

Transfer and Share Data

CyberLAB has the capability to use HL7 protocols to interface data into electronic database applications such as software that is used for electronic patient charting. Valuable time and money can be saved from having to transcribe data from laboratory reports.

Create Reports

Using SQL queries from CyberLAB, you can run customized operational reports to provide timely data as required by your organization. Reports can be auto-scheduled and emailed directly to you. Reports include: epidemiology, lists of all samples received from a group of partnered organizations and reports generated for a group of partnered organizations.
