As learners, our scientific staff acquires the skills and knowledge necessary to stay on the leading edge of laboratory science. As part of our Continuous Improvement process, we actively participate in professional association meetings, search the literature for better assays and network with the diagnostic laboratory industry in pursuit of new technology.

As teachers, we share our training and experience with our customers through presentations, poster sessions, conference calls and publications. By conducting scientific studies and participating in industry conferences and programs, LABS is an educational resource for your organization.

LABS Knowledge Bank

LABS has partnered with Knowledge Factor to create an online training course covering LABS products and services. This course is designed to teach our customers several critical steps in the process from sample submission to result retrieval. Our goal is to transfer knowledge of our processes to our customers until mastery is achieved which ultimately leads to greater patient outcomes.
