Important LABS Client Alert Notification

 

Dear Valued Clients,

 With the Thanksgiving Holiday quickly approaching, LABS would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our operating hours next week. LABS is a 365 days/year, 24/7 operation.
While the laboratory is open for the holiday, run times will be reduced with the exception of stat-donor testing. The LABS Thanksgiving Holiday Testing Schedule can be found on our website at: http://www.labs-inc.org/files/labs//pdfs/Holiday_schedule.pdf.  In addition, please keep in mind many of our key vendors will not be in operation.

Key-Vendor Holiday Schedules

FedEx – Closed for business Thursday, November 24, 2011 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Deliveries shipped overnight on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 will not be delivered until Friday, November 25, 2011. Quick – Business as usual, however flight schedules will have more passengers and therefore packages and baggage. Quick will make every effort to ensure specimens are transported without delay.

 

 

Send Out Laboratory - For STS testing – Closed for testing Thursday, November 24, 2011 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. No testing performed, and no receiving/preparation of samples. Testing will resume on Friday, November 25, 2011.

Children’s Hospital Blood Drive: Centennial, CO
Every year at the Children’s Hospital 8,000 units of blood products are transfused. From it’s inception, LABS, Inc. has partnered with The Children’s Hospital to help contribute to these 8,000 units by hosting blood drives every 56 days which brings in more than 200 units of blood each year. By using the Blood Mobile at the LABS, Inc. corporate headquarters, LABS hopes to encourage the surrounding community and businesses to donate blood and help save more lives.

Below you can find a list of our current scheduled dates for the blood drives. The timeframe to donate is 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
