Client Solutions & Logistics
LABS, Inc.'s Client Solutions Department and our Logistics Department are made up of highly dedicated and knowledgeable team members who operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Client Solutions can assist customers throughout the testing process from sample collection to result delivery. Their services include but are not limited to: specimen issue and notification process, supply replenishment, test result inquiries, complaint and issue management.
LABS' Logistics supports our clients with all of their shipping needs, including several customized solutions for transporting samples. For overnight delivery, LABS, Inc. partners with Federal Express and utilizes both First Overnight and Priority Overnight services. Next flight out service for same day delivery is available by commercial airline and specialized air charter options can also be coordinated through our Logistics Department.
