August 15, 2007 (Denver, CO) – Knowledge Factor announced today that Laboratories at Bonfils (LABS) will implement new training programs based on Knowledge Factor’s Confidence-Based Learning^TM (CBL) System. Laboratories a Bonfils will be launching a program designed to reduce errors in the requesting, labeling, packaging and shipping of laboratory specimens. Additionally, it will include the utilization of LABS’ test reporting retrieval systems.

“Most people have no idea of the complexity of shipping critical lab specimens around the country, and they have little or no concept of the serious consequences that can result if a mistake is made anywhere in that process,” said Mark Dreher, Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Factor. “Every step has to be conducted with precision and timeliness or the lives of critically ill patients may be placed in jeopardy.
