General Guidelines
To ensure valid results and efficient time-to-test, please follow the sample requirements provided for each test. Clients will be contacted when unacceptable specimens are received.
Unacceptable specimens include:

Sample not labeled

Identification on tube and requisition do not match

Incorrect tube used for collection

Insufficient quantity to perform test

Tube damaged in transit
