Client Solutions
The Client Solutions department operates 24 x 7 to assist customers throughout the testing process from sample collection to result delivery. Their breadth of services include: specimen issue and notification process, replenishment of supplies, test result inquiries, complaint and issue management. The staff is highly dedicated and focused to simplify the testing process. Dedicated Account Managers are also assigned to each account to assist with in-services, training, business reviews, and in-depth account maintenance.
