Supplies and Inventory Requests

Clients can maintain test supply inventories one of two ways:

1. Order supplies in advance by completing and submitting a Client Supply Request Form, as found on our service request page.
2. Join our Intelligent Supply Replenishment Program described below.

Intelligent Supply Replenishment Program

LABS has partnered with a supply facility that can stock testing kits specifically for a program utilizing company logos, forms, letters, etc. Ordering kits has also been made simple via a Web portal. All orders placed by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time are shipped out the same day.

LABS can maintain virtual inventories of kits located at your facility. Though our Intelligent Supply Replenishment (ISR) Program, inventory triggers can be set to automatically replenish kits to your site as kits are used. This streamlines the inventory process by reducing the amount of kits needed on site at any one time on site and eliminates the need to place orders for more supplies.

Our goal is to get patients transplanted as fast as possible. Our streamlined kit distribution is one of the many services that can reduce that critical time between diagnosis to transplant.

The following general types of supplies are available through ISR:

• Microbiology Supplies and Media
• Shipping and Transport Materials
• Customized Test Requisitions

Certificates of Compliance and Certificates of Analysis
